I went with the intention of picking up another GODMORGON transparent make up storage box with a tilt-up cosmetic brush section

and kind of looks like the infamous clear makeup drawers owned by Kim, Kourtney, Kris and Khloe Kardashian in Keeping up with the Kardashians.

as my dresser currently looks like this

It was designed to go inside a drawer but I like it sitting on top of my dresser so I can grab what I need quickly.

I also wanted a  DAVE Laptop table in which for my laptop obviously

Unfortunately both items were out of stock L

I was however extremely happy to pick up some NJUTA Shower peeling, which I find to be a really effective and gentle exfoliator.

 It used to be in a Pink bottle (Which matched my bathroom perfectly)

so I nearly missed it as the new bottle is white, lilac (BOO!)

I made sure to buy two bottles because even though the last bottle I used lasted ages I wasn’t sure when I would be going down to IKEA again.

I also treated myself to a TRENSUM stainless steel freestanding mirror

Hopefully I will be able to get the other items online

Longing for Violent Lips!

I came across these crazy Temporary Lip Tattoos from Violent Lips, have literally just placed an order and cannot wait to try them out.

I remember seeing the union jack and the studded designs on Jessie J but I thought it was the work of a very patient and creative make up team.

Generally i tend to go for more natural lip colours and have been scared to step out the box and try more eye-catching shades such as hot pink or bright reds or even Frost bite blue however these lip tattoos have appealed to my curious nature and I’m very excited to try them.

and the Pink glitterati

(Can you guess what my fave colour is?).

I have no idea where I will wear them but I am sure I will work something out and I promise to take lots of pictures and perhaps a tutorial once I work out how to put them on properly.

Daphne Guinness and M.A.C collection



When I read that Daphne Guinness had collaborated with M.A.C to bring us a cosmetics line

I didn’t quite know what to expect.

Yes her style is somewhat over the tops with her Black and white skunk style hair do,

outrageous couture outfits and gravity defying platform shoes.

I have yet to see the collection in person but from looking at the press release I think it is Fab! A long time fan of the Smokey eye (even though it takes me ages)

I find the collection to be very sultry and grown up with a sexy vampire magnetism.

 I must say I’m very surprised since I'm used to seeing flashy collections with bright colours from MAC especially the ones endorsed by celebs, it was nice to see some nudes in the mix with subtle pops of colour such as blushes, brown eyeliners, deep red and mauve lipsticks, and deep gold and purple pigments

I've just realised this is the 1st collection to be endorsed by a socialite.
